Through systematic training and practical operations, I have become proficient in production planning work and made great progress in Excel processing.

What is the best part of your day or week while working at Hyve?
The best part is being able to collaborate with my team and see how we achieve results together. I also enjoy the learning moments and the small celebrations that keep us motivated.

I’ve focused on enhancing and fine-tuning my interpersonal people skills: becoming a more active listener, improving my ability to give and receive constructive feedback, fostering stronger relationships.

What advice would you give to others looking to grow within the company?
1. Be a sponge; absorb as much information as possible. 2. Always strive to understand what, why, and how we do it. 3. Seek support and be open to feedback and growth.
What hobby or activity brings you joy?
I try to stay active and de-stress, so I enjoy Pilates Fusion and Yoga/Sculpting, HIIT mix classes on a weekly basis.
What advice would you give to others looking to grow within the company?
Be proactive in learning, ask questions, seek feedback, and take ownership of your development. Don’t be afraid to speak up when you notice something that could be improved and look for ways to support your team beyond your core responsibilities.
What’s your go-to work mantra?
My go-to mantra is “Just one more,” inspired by my favorite movie, Hacksaw Ridge. It reminds me to push through challenges one step at a time.

Do you have any pets?
I share my home with a quirky cat who’s basically the boss around here. I had a dog until last August, and while I still feel that loss, I’m grateful for the love and joy he brought to my life.

Hyve has helped me grow into a more strategic leader. I’ve gained valuable insight into supply chain dynamics, operational efficiency, and cross-department collaboration.
How has your time at Hyve supported you long-term or short-term career goals?
I've developed strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and people skills. Now as Production Admin, I’m able to apply everything to support the team more effectively.
What’s a hobby or activity that brings you joy?
Cooking and taking care of my dog Sidney, a sweet energetic beagle, brings me joy. I also love dancing and listening to music—it’s my way to relax, recharge, and stay happy outside of work.

Have you had opportunities to take on new challenges and how have they helped you grow?
The most recent challenge was to develop a quality management system which would comply with updated industry standards. I developed over 100 documents.
What skills or knowledge have you gained in the past year that have contributed to your professional growth?
I have earned 6 badges since joining Hyve Solutions that have enhanced my knowledge and have made me a more effective communicator.
How do you stay motivated and inspired in your role at Hyve?
The support from my team and recognition from the company keeps me fully engaged.
Do you have any pets?
Yes, I have a Calico cat named “Hana” (Flower). Seeing her when I get home from work instantly relieves my stress.

Be diligent, keep learning. Also, think with a sense of ownership—consider the company's perspective when solving problems. That’s how you create real value.
