In May of this year, Betty Jones, a co-worker at Hyve Solutions, asked to speak with Steve Ichinaga, Hyve’s President, about a letter she had written. The letter detailed our DEI journey at Hyve that began in earnest a little over 2 years ago and has led us all the way to the steps of California’s State Capitol.
Hyve’s Rapid Parts Management (RPM) program lifts the burden of hyperscalers having to store spare equipment or pay for the centralization, storage, and maintenance of inventory from regional warehousing. It applies to all computing hardware from chips and cables to complete rack systems and with near-proximity reach across more than 100 countries, Hyve can consolidate customer inventory within its own local facilities.
We are honoring our female Team Members by discussing and learning about challenges women still face in today’s world. It is with this reflection we hope to uplift the often overlooked accomplishments of women and share stories about overcoming obstacles. Hear from women across the organization on their own barriers and breakthroughs!
When it comes to the needs and technologies surrounding hyperscale and storage, few understand the complexities better than Hyve Solutions and Micron. Listen as top veterans from each company hash out key concerns in today’s datacenter storage landscape and how breakthrough SSD developments are opening the industry to new possibilities.
